To Order
There are two ways to order.
1. Payment through Paypal. Email us at singingdeer@hotmail.com, telling
us what you want to order, and giving us your shipping information.
We will send you an email invoice which you can pay through
Paypal. Once payment is confirmed, we will ship your order.
Public Institutions such as government, libraries and museums
may contact us to arrange alternate payment methods.
2. Send a cashier's check or money order to our
mailing address at Box 104, Wakefield, Quebec, Canada,
J0X 3G0. Your order will be shipped after your payment
clears the bank, in approximately 14-28 days.
We prefer Paypal. Payment may also be made by money order
or certified or cashier's check. Shipping will be made after
payment is confirmed and cleared.
No taxes are charged on goods shipped outside Canada.
Canadian buyers are charged 5% GST on all purchases. There is no provincial tax on
books. Art purchasers in Canada are charged GST and Quebec Sales Tax of 8.5%.
Buyer pays the shipping.
Books are shipped in a padded envelope via Canada Post-surface mail.
Shipping to United States and International includes insurance.
Shipping via Purolator is available for an additional charge.
Larger works of art will be shipped via secure courier.

A single copy of the softcover book ships for $9.99 US, and the hardcover for
$13.99 US. Contact us for shipping costs on multiple copies.
Please contact us to confirm estimates and shipping methods. All
international shipments must be insured.
We declare the value of all shipments outside Canada. Books and
original works of art enter the United States duty-free. International
buyers are responsible for any customs duties or fees required.
When we ship via the post office, the post office in your country will
handle any customs requirements according to international
agreement, which makes shipment very convenient.
All sales are final. Books may be returned for credit only (minus
shipping charges), only if book is not as represented.

Retail Dealer Inquiries for multiple copies of books are welcome.
Whichever method you choose, remember to send us
your name, the address where you want us to ship your package,
and an email address and/or telephone number where you can be
reached.

A single copy of the softcover book ships for $7.99 US and the hardcover
for $10.99 US. Contact us for shipping costs on multiple copies.
Art is shipped in a padded envelope or a cardboard box, depending on
the size of the piece. Most items are
shipped via expedited post which is fully insured with a tracking number.
While we have had excellent results in the
past, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage which occurs
while your items are in the hands of the post office. Parcels are insured,
and should loss or damage occur, we will make a claim to the post office and
offer a replacement.
